This page is short because there isn't much to say.

What we collect

When you apply, we store what you type into the form: name, email, phone, country, role, years of experience, your one line, why now, and your LinkedIn URL if you give it. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent, to stop spam. We do not store your raw IP address.

Who sees it

Noel D'Costa. Nobody else. It is not sold, shared or added to a marketing list.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database. If email notifications are on, your application is also sent to Noel by email through Resend. The spam check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile. Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Videos

The YouTube video on the page does not load until you press play. It uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] and your application will be deleted.
