You're the best person in the building. Nobody outside it knows.
In 90 days, build the six systems that make you findable, hireable and paid outside your company. A website that ranks for what you do, a public profile, a content engine, a registered business, expert network access, and a priced offer.
Online classes on your schedule. A live session with Noel every week.

Monday, November 9. The first online class opens that morning.
Seats left
Seats are limited. A seat is taken when Noel accepts an application. When they're gone, the form becomes a waitlist.
Review
In order
Applications are read in the order they arrive. You hear back within 48 hours.
Seat held for
72 hours
If you're accepted, your seat is held for 72 hours. After that it goes to the next person in line.
Excellent and invisible. At the same time.
You've been promoted twice. Then nothing for years. Everyone inside the company says you're the best. Then a consultant walks in at three times your day rate, presents something you could have written in an email, and gets paid.
The difference isn't skill. They have a name people recognize, a profile that says one clear thing, and a company that can send an invoice.
You have none of those three. Yet.
Six systems. Built, not studied.
Each one is a machine that keeps running after you build it. You don't move to the next until the current one is shipped.
- 01
Positioning
One line that says who you help and with what. Signed off by Noel before you touch anything else.
- 02
Website and search
A website on your own domain, set up so search engines rank it for your name and your specialty. One page per service, proper titles, and pages that answer what people already search for. LinkedIn rewritten to say the same thing.
- 03
Content engine
A YouTube channel with your first videos published, and a weekly rhythm you can hold while employed. Every video also becomes an article on your site, so search keeps sending people to you.
- 04
Entity
A registered company, a bank account, Stripe, an invoice template and a one-page contract. The thing that lets money land. UAE walked through step by step. US and Europe covered.
- 05
Network
Approved on at least two expert networks and available for paid calls. Plus the 20-conversations method run on the contacts already in your phone.
- 06
Offer and first buyers
A scoped, priced offer on one page. And either your first paid engagement or five booked conversations with people who could pay you.
Five ways experts get paid. You'll be set up for all five.
Most people only know about one. The first one is the fastest and almost nobody has heard of it.
- Expert network calls
- Expert networks pay experienced professionals for one-hour calls with their clients, usually investors and consulting firms doing research. Paid within weeks of approval. We get you registered and approved in week 5.
- $300 to $1,000 an hour
- Advisory days
- A former colleague needs your eyes on something for two days before they sign. This is how Noel's first engagement happened.
- $2,000 to $5,000 a day
- Fixed-scope reviews
- A contract review, a vendor selection, a process audit. Scoped on one page, priced as a piece of work, not by the hour.
- $8,000 to $25,000
- Productized offers
- The same review, packaged, with a price and a Stripe link. Sold without a call.
- From a link
- Speaking, panels, advisory boards
- Comes later. Comes from being visible. Covered in week 11.
Ranges are what experienced professionals in these markets typically charge. They are not a promise of what you will earn.

Who's running this
Built from Dubai. First client was American.
Noel D'Costa is Chief Technology Officer at a global technology firm, running the Middle East and Africa. 25 years in enterprise technology. He led a finance transformation at a national airline that touched 29,000 people and landed on time in 18 months. He moved 84 government entities to the cloud. He's led over 800 consultants.
On the side, while employed, he built a YouTube channel that reached 13,600 subscribers and 574,000 views in its first year, published three books, launched two more sites for consultants, and registered companies in the US, the UAE and Europe.
His first paying client messaged him eleven words after seeing a video. He hasn't pitched anyone since.

Noel D'Costa
I build the systems that run the business. Then I make them smarter.
From Noel's enterprise career
“This was a very substantial undertaking and it is huge credit to Noel that the programme has delivered on time (18 months), on budget and with no major issues.”
“Noel is a very talented negotiator and has a laser focus on cost and value.”
This is for you if:
- You have 8 or more years of real experience
- You're good at your job and nobody outside your company knows it
- You're willing to be on camera, answering questions you already get asked
- You'll register a company. Not later. In week 4.
- You can give it 3 to 5 hours a week for 90 days
This is not for you if:
- You're under 7 years in. Build the proof first.
- You want income without showing your face
- You're looking for passive income
- You want to watch videos and decide later
Everything you get
Noel paid more than $100,000 to learn this. You get the working version in 90 days.

Apply and get all sevenThe guarantee
Do the work and it works. If it doesn't, Noel keeps working with you.
Noel built every piece of this from inside a full-time job, and his first paying client came from one video. The method is not the risk. Showing up is. So the guarantee is tied to showing up.
If you do the five things below and you don't have a paid engagement or five booked buyer conversations by the end of week 12, Noel keeps working with you, at no charge, until you do.
And the refund rule stays: finish the first two milestones, positioning signed off and site live, and if you still want out, you get a full refund.
Apply with Noel's guaranteeTo qualify, do five things
- Attend 10 of the 12 live sessions, with your week's work ready to show.
- Ship each week's milestone by the Thursday. Site live by week 3. Company registered by week 4.
- Publish your videos. Three by week 7, one a week after that.
- Send the outreach messages in weeks 10 to 12, the ones Noel reviews with you.
- Fill in the weekly tracker so you can see what moved.
Five things. Each one takes less than an hour on top of the work itself.
No two careers are alike. Neither is your path out.
In a market where AI can write a LinkedIn profile in seconds, what you actually need is someone who has done this from inside a company, and who will read yours.
Your positioning comes from your own 8 to 25 years, not a template. A supply chain lead in Riyadh, a finance manager in Dallas and an HR director in London leave with three different sites, three different offers, and the same six systems underneath. Noel reviews each one personally, every week.
This is the shortest path from "excellent and invisible" to findable, hireable and paid.

Common questions
Is it live or recorded?
Both. Each week has a short online class you watch on your own time, and one live session with Noel where he reviews your work in front of the group. Live sessions are recorded if you miss one.
I'm employed full time. Can I do this?
Noel is employed full time. Still is. Check your contract for conflict and exclusivity clauses, avoid your employer's clients, and keep it clean. Week 4 covers exactly how.
I'm not in the US or the Gulf. Does that matter?
No. Live sessions are at a time that works for Dallas, London and Dubai. Noel built all of this from Dubai and his first client was in the US. The entity week covers the US, the UAE and Europe, and the principle is the same anywhere: one company, where you live.
I don't want to be a YouTuber.
You won't be. You'll answer, on camera, one question a week that people already ask you at work. Each answer also goes on your site as an article, so search does the rest. No trends, no dancing.
I've never built a website. Is that a problem?
No. Week 2 walks you through a one-page site on your own domain, built over a weekend. Week 3 sets it up for search. No code, and Noel reviews it on the live session.
How much time does it take?
3 to 5 hours a week. One short online class, the homework, one live session. If you don't have that right now, wait for a later start date.
How much does it cost?
$6,000, paid as $3,000 at booking and $3,000 after 30 days. Or $4,950 if you pay in full, which also gets you the week 9 1:1 and the proposal review. The regular price is $9,000. Applying is free, and nothing is charged until Noel accepts you.
What happens after I apply?
Noel reads every application himself. You'll hear back within 48 hours. If accepted, you get the payment link. Your seat is held for 72 hours.
What if I apply and the seats are gone?
You go on the waitlist for the next start date and you're first in line. No payment taken.
· Starts Monday, November 9
You already have the skills. The only thing missing is that people can see them.
The question is whether you wait another two years.
